About Me
I am an instructional designer and learning content developer with 14 years of experience in education and training. I founded and built a language centre in Colombia, accredited by the Ministry of Education, and since 2016 I have designed learning content, coordinated trainers, and translated complex ideas into clear, engaging materials for learners.
I plan projects around clear objectives, coordinate timelines and approvals across teams, and deliver complete learning resources such as manuals, interactive activities, and visual materials. I also configure and train custom AI assistants to support content production efficiently.
My strengths are organisation, clarity, bilingual communication, and the ability to turn complex topics into approachable, learner-ready experiences.

My Journey
From Education to Training Design
My career began in the classroom, where I discovered the transformative power of clear communication and learner-centred teaching. I founded a language centre in Colombia with a vision to create an inclusive, high-quality learning environment accredited by the Ministry of Education.
Since 2016, I have specialised in instructional design and learning content development. This shift allowed me to scale my impact beyond one classroom to serve entire organisations, training programmes, and global teams. I discovered that the principles of learner-centred teaching apply equally to adult training, professional development, and organisational learning.
Today, I combine 14 years of classroom experience with modern design thinking and AI-assisted content creation to deliver learning experiences that are not only effective but also sustainable and scalable.
Mission & Vision
Our Mission
To empower organisations, trainers, and learners by designing clear, engaging, and learner-centred educational content that transforms complex ideas into accessible, actionable knowledge.
We believe that education and training should be inclusive, purposeful, and aligned with real-world outcomes. Every learner deserves content that respects their time, their learning style, and their aspirations.
Our Vision
A world where learning is accessible, engaging, and transformative for everyone, where organisations build confident, competent, and motivated teams; where trainers have the tools and confidence to teach with clarity; and where learners of all ages and backgrounds can achieve their goals.
By combining instructional design excellence, modern technology, and human-centred thinking, we create learning experiences that drive real change.
